Unfortunately, psychotherapy is currently not covered under OHIP.

Does my insurance pay for psychotherapy?

Most extended health benefit plans do cover psychotherapy. Please check with your provider/your employer’s health benefit plan.

How much do you charge?

The current rate for an online individual 50 minute session is CAD $130 (online couples CAD $150).

The rate for in-person individual sessions is CAD $150 (in person couples CAD $170).

I offer limited spots on a sliding scale for individuals in need. Kindly email to inquire.
